Wagashi-Themed Rooms

Nazuna Kyoto Gosho offers 7 rooms across two traditional Kyomachiya townhouses, each themed after a specific Wagashi Japanese confection. Rooms feature Simmons mattresses, private hinoki or Shigaraki ceramic bathtubs, and Dyson hair dryers. The Yokan room includes a private garden and custom-designed furniture, while the Monaka room features handmade washi paper sliding doors by local craftsmen.

Irori Dining Experience

Breakfast is served irori-style around a sunken hearth, using charcoal-grilled seasonal ingredients and rice from local producer Kome-Ryotei Hachidaime Gihey. Dinner features Kyoto-style sukiyaki with A4 Wagyu beef, local pickles, and sparkling wine. Meals are served in the Irori Lounge from 7:30-9:30 AM for breakfast and at 17:30/19:30 for dinner.
